How can I get started with GHS?

We do not enforce any limits on the amount of email that can be sent from Dedicated Servers.

Do you allow to update Reverse DNS?

You can request our support to update rDNS, we will be happy to fulfill your request as soon as possible.

What is a Dedicated Server?

At Dedicated Server, the client has access to the full range of resources on the physical server. This includes all network access, hard drive storage capacity, memory, and processing power.

Who will have control of the Dedicated Server?

You will get the full control over your server and its management. All your data will be accessed by you only and no third party will be able allowed to access your data without your permission.

How many IP addresses can I have per server?

We have partnership with different datacenters, so it is upto location. You can however look at server configurations during order as every location has different IP limits.

Can I change the physical specifications of the server?

You cannot upgrade from one dedicated server to another, instead order the new dedicated server. However you can still contact support to see what can be done.

If I am not using my server, do I still have to pay for it?

Unless you cancel your server, you are liable to pay the server fees even if you have not used at all.

What are your online timings?

We are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Either its day or night feel free to contact our support at any time.

Is there any telephone support?

Yes we provide phone support however we prefer either you submit ticket or contact us via live chat.

What should I do when my server is down?

If you are not able to access your server, contact our support we will make sure your server is up.

What is the difference between managed and unmanaged servers?

Managed Servers are where the provider manages all the technical aspects of your server, such as backups, maintenance and risk monitoring.

At Unamanaged Server, you need to manage all the technical aspects by yourself.

Will I get any kind of assistance while using servers?

We provide unmanaged servers however as a courtesy we may take care of technical aspects like hardware, software installation, server hardening and network.

Does servers require a lot of technical knowledge?

Servers are best suited for those with technical knowledge, have a team dedicated to server management, or those who have the time to carry out all these tasks.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash Tether, Stellar, Dash, Dogecoin, TrueUSD and XRP.

Which Cryptocurrency do you accept?

We accept all major Cryptocurrencies, if you want to pay using Cryptocurrency which is not listed with us please request address of such Cryptocurrency at support for manual payment.

Can I get a free trial for Dedicated Servers ?

At present, we do not have plans that allow our customers to test out our servers for free.

Does GHS Layer offer Money Back Guarantee?

All hardware is tested before it is delivered to you. Therefore, we currently do not offer any refund or money back guarantee.

Can you give a discount if we pre-pay?

Yes, we offer high discounts of 5% to 20% for pre-payment of 3 months or above.

When can I ask for a server to be cancelled?

If you no longer want your server, you just have to stop renewing it or contact our support to cancel the server.
